Organizing Drawers & Cabinets
It can be truly daunting to open a messy drawer and cabinet. It is annoying to try to find the thing you went in there for. I recently tackled a garage cabinet and vanity drawer project for a client. Things were stacked on top of one another; it was a free-for-all in the drawer, and basically it was a nightmare. I will give you the basic organization formula. You are welcome :)
Remove all items from the area, wipe down for a fresh start
separate the items you are keeping, and donate or trash the rest.
invest in either drawer trays, rubber bands, or clear baggies—depending on the scope of the project
Be intentional with your real estate. Let the most often used items be visible first. I always try to leave open space and room for future items, this lessens the likelihood of another disaster zone.
VOILA! It is such a wonderful feeling of accomplishment when you have achieved organization in your spaces. Please remember, I am always here if you prefer that I do the work for you; I absolutely love doing it!
